If you don’t like cleaning (like me!), try breaking your cleaning schedules down into sections over a period of days, don’t do it all at once and it won’t overwhelm you. Start by cleaning the easiest section or smallest area of your home first and stop. See how you feel, if you feel good and still have the energy to continue, go on.

Then, do it all over again. When you run out of energy, congratulate yourself on a job well done, and pick up where you left off. Either the next day or the day after, continue your cleaning and stop when your energy runs low. Congratulate yourself. You did a great job!

Note: If you find the areas you’re cleaning are continually getting messy even after you’ve cleaned up, start by cleaning the areas of your home that no one or barely anyone uses and keep it up!

When you finish cleaning, try making this a monthly ritual.

Erase the old or negative energy from your home and bring in the fresh, clean energy.
